The Family Success Institute is proud to work hand-in-hand with several New Jersey legislators in order to introduce and shepherd key pieces of legislation that support family success for all. Community Recovery & Family Success Act (A4365/S3301)
This bill launches a transformational shift in state policy, funding and practice by establishing a state-wide Council for Community Recovery and Family Success and 21 county-level councils, each charged with organizing community-based family success service networks.
The bill also appropriates $12 million to invest in these holistic, community-driven service networks to ensure that all New Jersey families have the resources and opportunities to succeed.
